1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, booking, or using any space, service, or membership offered by LFT Curated Workspaces ("LFT", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Memberships & day passes
Memberships and day passes grant access to designated areas during posted hours. Access is non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of our House Rules or these Terms.
3. Bookings & payments
All bookings must be paid in full to be confirmed. Prices and inclusions are shown at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Bookings cancelled 24 or more hours before the scheduled start time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Monthly memberships are non-refundable once activated.
5. Conduct & liability
You are responsible for your own property and conduct on the premises. LFT is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. You agree to indemnify LFT against any claim arising from your acts or omissions on the premises.
6. Intellectual property
The LFT name, logo, photography, and site content are owned by LFT. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LFT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
