A short list of the things that keep LFT a focused, respectful, and welcoming place for everyone.

Respect the focus
LFT Commons and Focus Suites are quiet by default. Take calls and video meetings to the booths or meeting rooms.

Be a good neighbour
Keep your workstation tidy. Clean up food and drink spills immediately and bus your dishes to the kitchen counter.

Guests welcome — with a pass
Members can bring guests by booking them a Day Pass or meeting room. Please check guests in at the front desk.

Look after the space
Treat the furniture, equipment, and shared kitchen as your own. Report any damage or issue to staff so we can fix it quickly.

No smoking or vaping indoors
A designated outdoor area is provided. Please use it.

Photography & filming
Personal photos are welcome. For commercial shoots or video content involving other members, please coordinate with staff in advance.

Pets
Service animals are always welcome. Other pets are case-by-case; please ask before bringing them in.

Building access & security
Members are responsible for their access credentials. Do not share QR codes or tailgate non-members through secured doors.
