Membership Agreement & Application

This Agreement is entered into between LFT Curated Workspaces ("the Company") and the undersigned Member ("You"). By signing or accepting the Agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. This agreement is not a lease; it provides a prepaid license to use shared workspaces and amenities as described. LFT Curated Workspaces reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time without notice.

1. Services & Access

• Access: Access is provided during standard business hours. Sharing access codes or keys with non-members is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.
• Amenities: High-speed internet, utilities, and access to shared kitchen and lounge areas are included.
• Security: Doors are locked 24/7. A ₱2,000 fee or cost of damages (whichever is greater) will be charged for leaving doors open or unlocked or for leaving keys in doors.

2. Code of Conduct & Community

• Respect: Members must be mindful of noise levels and treat others with professional courtesy.
• Cleanliness: Shared spaces and desks must be left clean and orderly.
• Guests: Members are fully responsible for the conduct and any damages caused by their guests.

3. Alcohol & Event Policy

• Responsible Consumption: You agree to consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation.
• Legal Age: Serving or consuming alcohol by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited.
• Discretion: The Company reserves the right to terminate alcohol service to any individual at its sole discretion.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Privacy: Sharing sensitive information from other members or the company is prohibited. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• CCTV: The premises are monitored by 24/7 CCTV. By accepting this agreement, you consent to being recorded in common areas for security purposes only.
• Photography & Media: The Company occasionally takes photos or videos of the space for marketing. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, notify the Community Manager in writing.
• Professional Discretion: Members are prohibited from recording, filming, or photographing other members or their workstations without express permission.

5. Liability Waiver & Release

• Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks related to your use of the space, including voluntary consumption of alcohol during events.
• Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless LFT Curated Workspaces, its owners, and employees from any claims for personal injury, death, or property loss/damage, even if caused by negligence.
• Personal Property: The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings. Items left behind after your membership ends may be considered abandoned and disposed of at your cost.

6. No Tenancy or Residency

Membership does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. You are not renting the space as a residence, and you may not use it as one.

7. Fees & Termination

• Payments: Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership by providing at least 30 days of written notice before your next renewal.
• Termination: The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately for non-payment or breach of House Rules.
