What are your operating hours?+

Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. The Club members enjoy 24/7 access.

Do I need to book in advance?+

Walk-ins are welcome at LFT Commons. Private rooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces should be booked in advance to guarantee availability.

What's included in a Day Pass?+

Access to LFT Commons, high-speed internet, coffee and water, and use of our community lounge for the day.

Can I cancel a booking?+

Yes. Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time from Account → Bookings. Within 24 hours of the start time, bookings are locked and non-refundable. The organizer can cancel the entire booking or specific tagged guests; tagged guests can only cancel their own seat.

Can I reschedule a booking?+

Free reschedule is available to the organizer within 24 hours of payment, as long as the new slot is available. After that window, please cancel and book again. Tagged guests automatically move with the organizer.

How does pricing work for tagged guests?+

The organizer pays the full amount, calculated as the rate × total people (organizer + tagged guests). This applies to hot desks and to flat-rate private/meeting rooms.

How do refunds work?+

After a qualifying cancellation (24+ hours before start), open the cancelled booking and submit a refund request. Choose your payout channel (GCash, Maya, GoTyme, or Bank) and provide your account details (or QR). Staff will be notified and process the refund — typically within 24 hours.

Can I pause my session?+

Yes — customers who check in or book for 4 hours or more can pause their session up to 2 times (for restroom breaks, quick errands, etc.). Sessions of 1–3 hours cannot be paused.

Do you offer team or company plans?+

Yes. We tailor custom plans for teams of any size. Contact us and we'll put together a proposal.

Is parking available?+

Yes, free on-site parking is available for members and guests on a first-come basis.

Do you allow guests or visitors?+

Members may bring guests by booking a meeting room or by adding a Day Pass for the guest at check-in.

What's your refund policy?+

Pre-paid bookings cancelled 24+ hours before start are fully refundable through your chosen channel (GCash, Maya, GoTyme, or Bank). Cancellations within 24 hours of start are not refundable. Memberships are non-refundable.
